Surgery

well.... i don't have a picture to go along with this post and after you read this you'll understand why.
Friday i woke early and got ready for the busy day ahead. by 11am i was feeling very sick. and pain was filling my body quickly. i tried everything to shake it off and go through my day as planed. 4pm i was in tears, lash was at work and I was trying to find a babysitter for Sadie and get myself to the ER. By 6 pm i was admitted to ER. And hooked up to tubes and monitors. Here comes the yucky stuff..... The next few hours i spent throwing up everything i had eaten, and itching the rash that covered the top half of my body. A CT scan reveled that i had 2 abnormally huge kidney stones that lodged in my Ureter tube (the tube that connects my kidneys to my bladder). The stones were NOT Passable because of their size. So the doctor scheduled me for surgery the following day. I spent the majority of the night in the ER. About 3am they moved us to our own room. I was so "excited" i couldn't sleep. Worried about how Sadie was doing without her mommy. Saturday they took me into surgery and preformed a Lithotripsy. If you do not know what that is look it up. i cant explain on my blog too yucky!! Good news they removed my kidney stones one 8 milliliters and one 5 milliliters. Bad news they left a stent (a small bendable tube coming out of your skin from your one of your ureters.) Sunday evening i got to come home but get to go back on Tuesday to remove the stent. Until then im not even allowed to pick up my own daughter. ( i do anyway.) and i pee every 5 minuets and its a beautiful shade of red. Yucky yucky....ouchie ouchie! There is more nasty details to this story but i spared them for my viewers. A very horrible weekend. And I have now experienced child birth and kidney stones. Kidney stones are worse then child birth. never wish them upon anyone. And i want to thank Chris and Steve for taking Sadie on such short notice and no supplies, and my mom for coming down and caring for Sadie the rest of the weekend. Thanks to Clay and Candice for driving down from their house an hour away at 2am to assist lash in a priesthood blessing. Thanks to Scott and Amanda and family for visiting me in the hospital and lifting my spirits. Thanks to every ones thoughts and prayers.
