Our New blog!!!!

well some may think i have been neglecting our blog....but its not true...i have just been spending time on our new blog instead. it is still under construction and you will be seeing changes often. i wanted to wait till i have everything just the way i wanted, before i told you all, but that just isnt going to happen, because im a slow learner when it comes to tech stuff. so.... i have been posting on my new blog to no one for a month....and i decided to just go ahead and share it unfinished anyway. bare with me.

our summer camping trip

well this was a couple of weeks ago...we wanted to take Sadie camping.......All three of us and Clay and Candice, all headed out, and to make a long story short. we got up the mountain really late and all the camping sites were totally full, (i have never heard of all the sites being full), so the only place we could find was at the base of the mountain where it was 90 degrease outside, and it didnt make anything very fun. so we came home early, but i did get some good shots of Sadie collecting rocks and sticks.

4th of July!!

4th of July is probably my favorite Holiday next to Christmas. But this year Lash had to work. so.....Sadie and I were on our own. On Friday we dressed up in our "Stars and Stripes," and went to a Ward BBQ at the church ballpark. Sadie had fun playing with her friend Bella and eating sand.

Saturday.....

We went to the Gamble's House for a BBQ and Uncle Clay took Sadie for a ride on a beautiful horse. Sadie didn't like it much.

Turtle Day!!!

I have been trying to keep busy this summer so i can forget about the heat. so on June 26th, we took Sadie on a field trip to visit the turtles. (Long story short....Lash works with a Pharmacist who lives out in Avra Valley on 20 acres of land. and well he raises turtles. he has tons and tons of turtles, different shapes and sizes and different species too. and get this, he has a different name for everyone of them, and he knows which one is which.) so anyways, he invited us to take sadie out there so she could see them. it was sooo much fun we had a blast!! scroll down to see our favorite turtle.

Iggie the Turtle

Iggie the baby leopard turtle was me and Sadie's favorite turtle of all. he was sooo tiny and sooo cute. i wanted to take him home.

"YO GABBA GABBA!"

For Sadie's Birthday Aunt Elna and Uncle Mikey got her the DVD of "YO GABBA GABBA," Its a Cartoon on NickJr. and Sadie LOVES it and cant get enough of it. she has no interest in watching anything but "YO GABBA GABBA" If its not playing she carries the case around and hands it to me and jesters that she would like me to put it on for her. i actually have to hide the dvd altogether because she will not put it down. Thank you Aunt Elna and Uncle Mikey, it is her most favorite gift.

Sadie Is ONE YEar OLd

Well my BABY Sadie is a year old. Its crazy how fast this year went. She is Discovering all new things. and making more more messes.

The Cake

For Sadie's cake, i saw a picture of a cake that was so cute, and knew thats what i wanted to make. It just so happens that I am in a cake decorating class for the summer, and that my sis Mya is a darn good cake decorator. so with our powers combined we made Sadie's cake. When we sat the cake in front of sadie, she was soooo girly about eating it. We had to help her get messy. she just wanted to pick off and eat the flowers. and just when i was about to clean her up, Grandma Chris lifted her up and stood her right on top of the cake.
